What do you notice in beautiful woman first? What makes you feel that she is beautiful? The answer is pretty simple. I had a conversation with a friend of mine last night, we were simply discussing girls in our office and about one girl he said, 'Oh no, she is no good. Dude, she can not even smile.' Boy! It hit me suddenly. He was right. And the answer to my origial question here is the same. A smile upon a lady's face makes me feel that she is beautiful. Find it hard to believe? Well, picture a lady without a smile upon her face. The same is applicable to guys too! It is applicable to everyone.


Smile has the power to open other person's heart. A heart felt smile can win you many things and there have been many examples in the past. I have seen many people working as executives. And the first thing that is noticable is the beautiful smile. They smile at everyone, they smile beautifully. Their conversation begins with a smile and yes, ends up with a smile too. Why do they do that? Are they too comfortable with their jobs? Non-sense! They smile because they have understood its meaning and its success, in practical life.

Encourage them to get into activities where the playing field is equal. Sports is a great way to develop the social skills of your teenager and a chance to excel. A teenager with good social skills would be able to handle all types of people and situations. Excelling in anything can boost a teenager’s confidence and self esteem.

Teenagers should earn their self esteem because that way they will not give it up just like that. Parents can support them in this endeavor by constantly giving well deserved and genuine praise. While parents cannot be there all the way, they should always be ready to lend a hand when their teenagers need a hand to hold on to. Unfortunately, this is a normal human phenomenon, not a sign of some form of severe mental dysfunction or disorder. Everyone does it and everyone's life is less livable because of it.

The only way to live a quality life is to begin a process of removing this negative self-talk, to quiet the inner critic. The best, and simplest, strategy I have ever run across for doing this is the "Best Friend Strategy." The "Best Friend Strategy" is simple to apply because it only requires that you treat yourself as you would your best friend. It is a simple philosophy of never saying anything (negative) to yourself that you wouldn't say to your best friend. By practicing this, and adhering to this philosophy, the negative self-talk is reduced rapidly and self-esteem rises proportionately.

To begin this process, I start clients out by having them observe their negative self-talk for a couple of days, so that they can observe and fully appreciate just how negative their own inner conversation is within themselves. It is amazing the quality and quantity of verbal abuse we put ourselves through on a daily basis. (Is it any wonder we feel stressed, depressed, self-conscious and anxious?) If anyone else spoke to us in this fashion we would quickly reprimand them and let them know, in no uncertain terms, they we would not tolerate this ever again in the future. Unfortunately, we say these negative things to ourselves hundreds of times a day, and for some strange reason, think nothing of it. This must stop.

Talking to yourself with the respect, dignity, warmth and compassion you would provide a friend (or even a stranger) is the key. If a friend were at your home enjoying a beverage and accidentally spilt the drink, you would not yell at them in a booming voice that they were an idiot, a loser and the stupidest person you have ever met - but how quickly we will say these very things to ourselves in our head when we spill the drink! Why? For some strange reason, people are programmed to think of what they say out loud to others as important and what they say in their own heads as meaningless. What you say to yourself is not meaningless, it determines your mood, self-image, stress levels, anxiety and overall level of happiness. This self-talk is one of the most important things in your life because it will determine the quality of your life.

The goal of the "Best Friend Strategy" is to begin to notice how you talk to yourself, keep the inner-conversation positive and to practice respect and compassion with yourself. If you aren't going to treat yourself well, who will? Compassion is the key. You need to be more forgiving of your mistakes and more supportive of yourself during hard times. Remember that you are the only person you will ever be in a relationship with for your whole life - and begin to treat yourself as you would your best friend - because, in fact, you are your best friend. Begin to act the part.

making a best impression

First positive impression from other people can change your life to be better. It will be a confidence-building inside you. Meeting new personalities wherever you go enhances your ability to handle them with good result. You can manage your own awkwardness and easily fit to the group.

Being friendly is one way of changing their own bad impression in your first meeting. It is already a habit for people to make comments, either good or bad, or worse. If it is not favorable to you, you are left in the background and no one is helping you to recover.

First impression is important to give you a second chance and opportunity to correct any unwanted remarks. With this experience, don't be discourage instead keep moving forward at all times. Find ways to create a favorable response.

It is important for you to recover that lost confidence to prove that they are wrong in making that unfavorable impression. Although the first impression cannot be changed immediately but by doing the right thing is enough for them to make another impression favorable to you.

In doing an impression, you should be more considerate, courteous, have keen interest, personal magnetism, and close understanding of person's capacity, knowledge, need and desire.

You should also have to consider his eagerness to be of service. You have to observe about his good manners if he is more accommodating with convincing speech. Check if he can be relied on and responsible in all things, have high sense of humor to put the crowd interested or impressed.

You have to train yourself to transmit all the qualities to make good first impression that you can rely on. Even in business circle, impression is of prime importance.

A business succeed because someone who created it built a good personality to deal with money, services, products and people. Customers will buy the products and promote it if convince that the product being sold is worth a price.

There are many lenders in the business community deals his customer in a comfortable way of convincing. The customer was impressed the way the salesman explained to him thoroughly and honestly the benefit of the products in accordance to his needs and wants.

The secret of being an executive in a company is because of personality. One of the outstanding results of good personality is the ability to get along well, with better communication, build a good relationship among his workers, superiors and customers.

Many people have succeeded in enriching themselves because they knew how to deal with people and how his personality is applied in a certain situation for the benefit of all. Any unpleasant and disagreeable kind of personality will not bear good fruit and doesn't have a position of importance.

Personality can be improve by constant practice if given much attention to learn more. We can immediately conclude something favorable if we are impress the way he talks, smiles, his good looks, his walks, the way he speak and his manner.

A smile can move mountain. It makes a pleasant atmosphere. A smile begets a smile. It loosen the stiff muscles and feel more relax. A person who cannot afford to smile is easily stressed and no one is comfortable to talk to him because he has concern or shy or afraid. But if he is very accommodating, the atmosphere will change. Putting the mood under control make a way to be noticed.

Good personality arise because it was molded, developed and enhanced from the many experiences and influences through life.

If we let our temper control our own good personality, then everything will be broken into pieces and the many efforts that we use for its improvement will be useless and it doesn't pay. Being generous can be repaid with a warm embrace to someone we like. Then we understand that it pays to be generous.

A good personality can cope with any major events, good or bad in his life. To feel bored, irritated, hurtful, argumentative can easily get a bad impression from people who understand this kind of behavior. It doesn't have a place in a working environment. It just making personality to become worse.
